「道路交通安全規則」第139條：「父母或監護人不得疏縱未滿14歲之人，擅自穿越車道，
或於交通頻繁之道路或鐵路平交道附近任意奔跑、追逐、嬉戲或坐、臥、蹲、立，阻礙交通
。」
「兒童少年福利法」第32條：「父母、監護人或其他實際照顧兒童之人不得使兒童獨處於易
發生危險或傷害之環境。」
